Sound source localization using SRP-PHAT

My project is to make an automatic camera which is steered by two micro servo motors controlled by Raspberry Pi.
The Raspberry Pi (RPI) is connected to an array five of microphones as

1 refrence mic >-------->pre-amp>----------------------> ADC >----> RPI >---> servos
other mics >------------>pre-amp>-->analog MUX>---->ADC>------>RPI>---->servos

Im using the Steered Response Power- Phase Transform "SRP-PHAT" algorithm to obtain the time difference of arrival "TDOA".

is it correct that way ? do i need other parts to add to it ?

do i need to set the microphone array as a Delay-and-Sum array?

am i on the right path to acheive what im trying to do?

any kind of help is appreciated.

Best Regards,
Tareq Matar
